These terms apply to all users of RiderPal, including drivers, community members, and visitors to our website. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

To use RiderPal's services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Jumuia Fund is a community-driven savings and loan program. Participation is voluntary and subject to eligibility requirements, including successful driver verification and good standing in the community.
Members contribute monthly amounts as determined by the community. Loans are available based on contribution history and community approval. Interest rates and terms are set by the community and may change over time.
Participation in the Jumuia Fund involves financial risk. RiderPal facilitates the program but does not guarantee returns or loan repayment. Members are responsible for understanding and accepting these risks.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all financial information entered into RiderPal. While we provide tools to help track and analyze your finances, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of calculations or recommendations.
